Managing Director, Portfolio Management
Angel Gyaurov, CFA
Over 20 years of experience in investment and asset management. Former Managing Director for Europe at Gramercy/Arco Capital Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Macroeconomics from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Managing Director, Crypto-Asset Trading
Philip Matov
Former director at ConsenSys and zkSync. He holds a master’s degree in Financial Markets from Université Paris-Dauphine and a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from City University of Hong Kong.
Portfolio management and the execution of orders for crypto-assets are led by two managing directors with experience in institutional investment management and the blockchain industry.

Risk management, compliance, front office and back office functions support the entire investment process.
Active in crypto as an investor and miner since 2014, with extensive hands-on experience in digital asset markets. He studied International Economics and Management at Università Bocconi.

Anastas Mateev

Co-founder and former procurator of Investor.bg, where she played a leading role in the first IPO of a technology company in Central and Eastern Europe in 2004. She has extensive experience building and managing sustainable businesses and holds a master’s degree in Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia.
Gergana Zlatanova
Head of back office
Active in crypto and blockchain since 2023, with strong analytical skills. He graduated from the Sofia High School of Mathematics.
Aleksandar Zarbov
Back-office specialist
Former McKinsey consultant and civil engineer specialising in large-scale projects. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and engineering degrees from Technische Universität München and École des Ponts ParisTech.
